What is Verdant all about?

Verdant means “green,” and for us, it’s a way of life. We’re building a brand rooted in simplicity, wellness, and nature. Offering clean, honest products across beauty, body, home, and beyond. We started this brand to create truly natural, vegan products with no fillers, no preservatives, and no long ingredient lists you can’t pronounce. The way it should be.

Are your ingredients ethically sourced?

We’re dedicated to working with suppliers who share our values of quality, transparency, and ethical sourcing.

Are your products 100% vegan?

Yes! Our products are 100% vegan. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products organic?

Most of our products are made with certified organic ingredients and carefully crafted to meet high-quality, natural standards. We always label ingredients clearly so you know exactly what’s inside each product.

Are your bottles and packaging recyclable?

Most of our bottles and packaging are recyclable, but recycling rules can vary depending on where you live. Please check with your local recycling program to see what they accept.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We’re committed to protecting the environment by using packaging materials that are biodegradable and recyclable whenever possible. While some elements may not yet be fully biodegradable, we’re always working to enhance our sustainability efforts and reduce environmental impact.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 48 hours of the following business day. Orders generally will arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it! At this time, we only ship within the United States and we’re exploring options to expand in the future. Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media for updates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’re happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make updates. Contact us as soon as possible on our Contact page.
